This private shuttle (designed with the locals in mind) provides transportation for you and your bike from Polebridge back to the start of the Inside North Fork Road after your self-guided 27-mile ride, with an option to book a fully supported tour which includes mountain e-bike rentals and accommodation pick-up and drop-off for a complete experience.

Looking for solitude, scenery, and a classic Glacier bike experience? This self-guided 27-mile gravel ride from Fish Creek Campground to Polebridge offers a peaceful, remote route. The road is closed to vehicle traffic for large portions of the road, making it ideal for biking with fewer interruptions and a greater chance to spot wildlife along the way. The ride typically takes 4 hours and includes rolling hills, rugged forest terrain, and big open views. While not technical mountain biking, we recommend intermediate gravel biking skills due to the remote nature and rougher conditions of the road. Contact us for questions!

Recommended Pick-up Times: 12:30pm, 2:30pm, or 5pm

Drop-Off Location: Your vehicle in Apgar or near Fish Creek Campground

Fully Supported Tour: This round-trip experience includes e-bike rentals and transport, lunch and drinks, and complimentary accommodation pick-up and drop-off within 25 miles of Kalispell.

You’ll finish the ride and we will pick you and your bikes up at the iconic Polebridge Mercantile—famous for their fresh bear claws—making this a memorable, off-the-beaten-path Glacier experience.
